About the company

Signature Supplements Inc. is currently seeking a Material Handler to work in a fast-paced production environment. This person is responsible for preparing orders, refilling raw materials, receiving inventory and preparing shipments in our Warehouse.

Your tasks

Responsibilities:

• Retrieve product that is required for lab production
• Refill bottles, lids and capsule containers in the lab
• Refill lab bottles and buckets with powders from the warehouse
• Understand storage systems to properly pick materials and put inventory away
• Strong attention to detail to prepare production orders based on worksheets
• Maintain inventory system with guidance from the department leader
• Help to receive orders by weighing materials and checking accuracy of Purchase Orders
• Participate in spot and bi-annual inventory counts
• Maintain a high standard of sanitation and warehouse cleanliness
• Adherence to Occupation Health and Safety procedures
• Consistently follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure Quality Standards are met

Requirements

Requirements/Attributes:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a warehouse considered an asset
• Ability to work independently and without supervision
• Attention to detail is a top priority
• Able to work effectively in fast-paced production environment
• Patience and focus to meet quality standards
• Lifting required (up to 70 lbs)

Pay: From $18.36 per hour
