About the Role We are supporting a client in their search for an experienced M&E Project Director to take ownership of a significant commercial refurbishment project in Bristol. This opportunity offers responsibility for the leadership of a multidisciplinary delivery team. The successful M&E Project Director will oversee delivery through to project completion and handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Take overall responsibility for delivery of the M&E package
- Lead and develop the M&E project team
- Manage programme, planning, risk and stakeholder expectations
- Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, commissioning and handover
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Provide clear reporting on programme, risk and performance
- Challenge designs, programmes and solutions where
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience delivering large scale M&E packages
- Strong mechanical and electrical technical knowledge
- Commercial refurbishment or similar building services experience
- Experience managing multidisciplinary M&E teams
- Strong planning, programme management and stakeholder skills
- Commercial awareness and commissioning experience
- Confidence to challenge and resolve issues proactively
