Information Strategist/Project Manager within technical documentation

As an Information Strategist/Project Manager with us, you will help our customer implement new information models and drive change work within technical documentation. Together with our Technical Writers, System Architects, and Product Experts, you will analyze our customer's work processes and be responsible for improvement proposals regarding data flows, processes, structure, and content. You thrive in a role where you independently drive your work towards clear goals and enjoy collaborating with different departments to obtain the information required for your delivery. You are driven to achieve changes, are resourceful, and thrive in a dynamic and changing environment.

Qualifications

• You have experience in performing information analyses as well as structuring information and work processes.
• You have a good technical understanding and a sense for UX design.
• You have experience in system architecture and how it affects the user experience for the end user.
• You have previous experience working with change processes and strategic work in a large organization.
• You have an academic degree as well as a genuine interest in technology. We are looking for you with a background in UX design, IT/System Science, or an equivalent technical education.
• You have good linguistic and pedagogical abilities and master English excellently in both speech and writing.
• Experience in scripting and automation is meritorious.
