SQA/Quality Manager for Alelion

Your duties As the person responsible for quality assurance, you assess suppliers' ability to manufacture items according to Alelion's specifications, both during the introduction of a new supplier/new manufacturing flow, and during an existing supplier's work with new and changed items as well as in ongoing production.
You will also be responsible for Alelion's quality work, processes, guidelines, and certifications, which ensures that production already maintains a high quality level today. As a Quality Manager, you take on the role of change leader and ambassador regarding the implementation and development of the business methods and the mindset required for Alelion to continue driving world-class production and research.
Your profile We are looking for you, who is probably an engineer and combines a burning interest in quality, technology, and manufacturing processes with a pragmatic approach. Experience from quality work, the machine industry with manufacturing processes is meritorious.
You are outgoing, proactive, independent, driving, and used to delivering results. Since you will have many international contacts, we require that you can and enjoy traveling for work, as well as that you master English in speech and writing.
