We are looking for a highly hands-on Senior Product Manager who thrives in product discovery, customer conversations, roadmap prioritization, product execution, and the AI-powered software development lifecycle.
The position will have the opportunity to develop leadership and mentorship for mid-level and junior professionals in the product area. The ideal person feels comfortable interacting directly with customers, writing requirements, reviewing workflows, prioritizing backlogs, developing team members, and working in close partnership with Engineering to deliver excellent SaaS products.
Responsibilities and assignmentsPosition summary
The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for one or more product domains throughout the entire lifecycle, from discovery to launch and continuous improvement.
This person will ensure that product decisions are grounded in customer needs, market vision, business value, usability, and technical feasibility. Success will be measured by value delivered to the customer, product adoption, business impact, roadmap execution, and the delivery of high-quality software.
Key responsibilities
- Lead product strategy and execution in assigned areas
- Establish solid product management practices in discovery, prioritization, requirements, and execution
- Conduct continuous discovery with customers through interviews, workshops, product demonstrations, and field research
- Translate customer problems into clear product opportunities and roadmap priorities
- Write PRDs (Product Requirement Documents), user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, and workflow documentation, using AI end-to-end
- Prioritize and maintain the product backlog based on business value, customer impact, data, and technical dependencies
- Work in close partnership with Engineering, Architecture, and UX to refine requirements, eliminate ambiguities, and sustain high-quality deliveries
- Define MVPs and iterative delivery plans
- Analyze product usage, customer feedback, support tickets, deployment feedback, and analytics to guide prioritization
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Services on launches and customer adoption initiatives
- Present roadmap updates, product concepts, and demonstrations to internal and external stakeholders
- Act as a promoter of AI-enabled product opportunities and identify high-value use cases from customer workflows
- Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini, or similar in daily product work, including research, customer validation, requirement elaboration, documentation, ideation, and prototype evaluation
- Evaluate AI-based product concepts, flow improvements, prototypes, and user experiences
Requirements and qualificationsMandatory qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
- Experience conducting products from discovery to delivery
- Solid experience in writing PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
- Strong customer discovery skills, product validation, and customer communication
- Experience working closely with Engineering teams in agile and/or AI-DLC (AI-Driven Development Lifecycle) environments
- Ability to prioritize competing initiatives based on customer insights, data, business value, and technical input
- Strong understanding of user experience, workflow design, and usability principles
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in product management workflows
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
- Fluent English (capable of leading meetings and undertaking international travel)
- Availability for occasional national and international travel.
Desirable qualifications
- Experience in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), SAP, maintenance, reliability, or industrial software
- Experience building or managing AI-enabled software products
- Experience identifying AI opportunities in customer workflows and translating them into product capabilities
- Experience evaluating AI-based prototypes, concepts, or user experiences
- Experience with analytics, experimentation, or product usage data platforms
- Experience working with globally distributed teams
- Experience mentoring more junior product or UX professionals
- Technical background in software engineering, computer science, or enterprise systems is a plus
