Category Analyst / Beauty Retail

Important company in the retail sector is looking for a:

Category Analyst

Support the integral management of the category, combining commercial analysis and support for product development and purchasing, to ensure an orderly, agile, and traceable monthly cycle. Contribute to timely decision-making and the construction of a profitable portfolio, relevant to the customer and aligned with the SIFRAH DNA.

Requirements:

• Professional in Industrial Engineering, Administration, Marketing, or related careers.
• Desirable specialization in Commercial Management, Category Management, or Data Analysis.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in fashion, beauty, or accessory retail companies, managing multi-category and high-turnover portfolios.
• Experience in managing international suppliers, product sheets, materials, costs, and SKU management.
• Proficiency in ERP, PLM, and purchasing systems.
• Intermediate English.
• Knowledge in inventory management, OTB, profitability analysis, and turnover.

Functions:

• Perform integral and continuous commercial analysis of the category, monitoring key indicators such as sales, turnover, margin, and inventory age by SKU, style, and product family.
• Provide support to the purchasing process through the preparation and updating of technical sheets, matrices, and tracking tools in coordination with the Category Manager.
• Guarantee the commercial coherence of collections in coordination with Marketing and Visual Merchandising, ensuring their correct implementation in stores.
• Provide support to category management through commercial analysis, purchasing follow-up, and coordination with suppliers and internal areas, ensuring a profitable and competitive assortment.
• Identify improvement opportunities in purchasing processes and category performance, generating dashboards and reports to facilitate decision-making.
