Then become part of our global team as Senior Software Engineer – Interventional Therapy Systems (f/m/d), and design sustainable test architectures for networked medical systems, drive excellence in Quality Engineering, and ensure compliance with safety, stability, and regulatory requirements.

Choose the best place for your work - within the framework of this position, it is possible, in coordination with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working time. Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible under certain conditions and in selected countries for up to 30 days per year.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You are responsible for the conception, documentation, and implementation of sustainable test architectures for infrastructure components, focusing on the connectivity between medical devices and applications.
• You ensure the testability of solutions through appropriate design, working closely with software and system architects.
• You drive the development of central components and simulators for medical applications.
• You take on technical leadership in the field of test methods and Quality Engineering.
• You ensure that quality, safety, stability, and regulatory requirements are met in a systematic and scalable manner.

Your qualifications and experience:

• You have a completed degree in the field of computer science, software engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• You bring many years of experience in software development as well as in software testing and test automation.
• You routinely use AI-supported development tools in your daily work and are familiar with agentic development approaches.
• You have a deep understanding of test strategies, test design, and test management for containerized applications.
• You bring very sound knowledge in C#, .NET, and C++, as well as practical experience with Angular.
• You have profound experience in dealing with non-functional requirements, ideally also in the environment of real-time systems.
• Ideally, you are familiar with regulated development environments.

• You strive for continuous improvement and follow the principles of Software Craftsmanship.
• You communicate complex technical content understandably and translate it into clear and practical documentation.
• Thanks to your fluent English skills, you move confidently in an international environment; German skills are an advantage.
