Choose the best place for your work - within the framework of this position, it is possible, in coordination with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working time. Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days per year under certain conditions and in selected countries.

In addition, this position can be filled full-time or part-time with at least 35h/week.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Together with the Business Owner, you will design the product vision, roadmap, and further development of the future LMS landscape and ensure alignment with corporate goals and the overarching learning platform strategy.
  • You act as the central interface between specialist departments, users, IT, implementation partners, as well as development and configuration teams, and promote a common understanding and transparent decisions.
  • You are responsible for the Product Backlog, including prioritization, definition of acceptance criteria, and validation based on business value and user requirements, while taking regulatory requirements into account.
  • You coordinate cooperation with project, development, testing, rollout, and operations teams and work actively in an agile environment.
  • You communicate product progress, risks, dependencies, and goal achievement in a target-group-oriented manner to relevant stakeholders.
  • You define and track suitable product KPIs to measure user acceptance, satisfaction, operational stability, and business value.
  • You are responsible for the economic and user-oriented further development of the LMS, considering the user journey as well as administrative efficiency, manage budget and procurement topics, and ensure a stable service operation, including escalation management, with the team.

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You have a completed degree in business administration, business informatics, computer science, learning technologies, digital transformation, or a comparable field of study.
  • You bring many years of professional experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Project Manager, or in a comparable function, ideally supplemented by knowledge in the field of Business Analysis.
  • You possess extensive experience with LMS platforms as well as training or resource management systems, such as Cornerstone, Administrate, or comparable solutions.
  • You have demonstrable experience in complex stakeholder environments and in cross-departmental cooperation with specialist departments, IT, service providers, and international user groups.
  • You have successfully applied agile working methods; a Product Owner certification or a comparable agile qualification is an advantage.
  • You have already successfully translated functional requirements into clear features, User Stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlog entries.
  • Ideally, you bring experience in data migrations, configuration decisions, system implementations, rollouts, or operational transitions of corporate platforms.

  • You know how to inspire people for common goals and successfully coordinate teams even without disciplinary leadership responsibility.
  • You possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills and move confidently across different organizational levels.
  • You have very good written and spoken English skills, while German skills are an advantage.
  • You balance different interests, resolve conflicts of interest constructively, and bring about decisions via appropriate escalation paths if necessary.
  • You are resilient and stress-resistant and achieve sustainable results even in a dynamic, continuously changing environment.
