Then become part of our global team as Project Manager (f/m/d) M&A to actively help shape the future growth of Siemens Healthineers through acquisitions, investments, and strategic partnerships.

Choose the best place for your work - as part of this position, it is possible, in coordination with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working time. Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible under certain conditions and in selected countries for up to 30 days per year.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You manage complex M&A transactions such as company acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures from the initial valuation to successful closing.- You manage M&A projects independently across all project phases and coordinate internal stakeholders as well as external consultants.- You advise management on strategic issues, negotiations, and investment decisions.- You prepare financial, commercial, and strategic analyses and evaluate transaction structures regarding their value creation for the company.- You prepare high-quality decision templates, presentations, and investment papers for senior management and governance bodies.

Your qualifications and experience:

• Successfully completed university degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Law, or a comparable course of study.- Several years of experience in the field of Mergers & Acquisitions, for example in an investment bank, an industrial company (Corporate), a private equity firm, or a leading M&A consultancy.- Proven success in conducting complex M&A transactions as well as corporate finance projects.- Strong analytical and strategic mindset, combined with excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all corporate levels, including the Board and Division Heads.- High result orientation, initiative, and entrepreneurial thinking, as well as a strong commitment to quality and successful teamwork.- Ability to move confidently in a dynamic, international environment and successfully manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

• You communicate confidently with stakeholders at all hierarchical levels up to top management.- You combine strategic thinking with a pragmatic and implementation-oriented way of working.- You possess strong skills in stakeholder management and in building trusting relationships.- You feel comfortable in international and dynamic environments.- You work independently while simultaneously promoting cross-departmental cooperation.- You are characterized by a high degree of initiative, entrepreneurial thinking, and result orientation.- You have very good English skills; other foreign languages are an advantage.
