Then become part of our global team as a Demand Manager (f/m/d) to drive Real Estate digitalization initiatives for Planon and reporting platforms. Choose the best place for your work - within the framework of this position, it is possible, in coordination with your manager, to work mobile for an average volume of up to 60% of the respective working time. Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days per year under certain conditions and in selected countries.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You are the primary contact person for Planon developments, including new functions and continuous system further development.
• You regularly lead a Change Control Board with relevant stakeholders for Planon and the associated IT environment.
• You drive the development of a Planon frontend for users and super users.
• You are responsible for the integration of an AI solution into Planon for data evaluation and lease abstraction or the recording of contract components.
• You are the central contact person for the further development of reporting and self-service platforms.
• You ensure compliance with all relevant regulations for Planon and the reporting platform, including IT compliance, quality specifications, and other internal as well as regulatory requirements.
• You support the digitalization expert in the implementation of digitalization projects within Real Estate.

Your qualifications and experience:

• You have a completed Master's degree in (Business) Informatics, Real Estate Management, or a comparable qualification.
• You bring several years of professional experience in demand or application management related to CAFM/IWMS systems, ideally Planon.
• We also welcome applicants with a Bachelor's degree or completed vocational training and further education in connection with additional professional experience in this area.
• You have experience in leading committees, e.g., Change Control Boards, as well as in coordination with specialist departments and IT.
• You have experience in the conception and further development of frontends or user interfaces for various user groups.
• You have experience with AI-supported solutions, ideally in data evaluation or contract analysis, e.g., lease abstraction.
• You bring experience with reporting and self-service platforms as well as the further development of existing solutions.
• You have experience in ensuring IT compliance and quality specifications in system operation and system further development.

Your profile and your skills:

• You have very good written and spoken English skills and impress with strong communication and moderation skills when dealing with various stakeholders, e.g., in committees such as the Change Control Board. German language skills are an advantage.
• You combine technical understanding with the ability to translate functional requirements into concrete system requirements.
• You work in a structured and solution-oriented manner and take responsibility for ongoing operations as well as the further development of Planon.
• You have a strong awareness of compliance and quality requirements and consistently ensure their compliance.
• You are open to new technologies, especially AI-supported applications.
• You work in a team-oriented manner and actively support other roles, e.g., the digitalization expert, in the project context.
• You work independently, service-oriented, and with a clear focus on the requirements of users and super users.
• You think entrepreneurially and bring an understanding of the peculiarities of the real estate industry.
