Choose the best place for your work - as part of this position, it is possible, in coordination with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working time. Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible under certain conditions and in selected countries for up to 30 days per year.

This position is offered on a fixed-term basis for 18 months, and the position is to be filled full-time or part-time with at least 35h/week.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You will help shape the global Cybersecurity Regulatory and Standards strategy and independently drive its implementation, particularly for the APAC region.
• You will observe, analyze, and evaluate international regulatory developments as well as activities in standardization and derive necessary actions from them.
• You will take over the evaluation of regulatory requirements, coordinate statements, and manage cooperation with internal Cybersecurity subject matter experts as well as other relevant stakeholders.
• You will ensure the early identification, analysis, and implementation of new regulatory requirements and standards, reconcile these with existing controls, and advise on compliance and gap analyses as a basis for market access.
• You will be responsible for the positioning of Siemens Healthineers in regulatory and normative Cybersecurity initiatives and ensure that company interests are effectively represented through appropriate committees and networks.
• You will research and analyze complex regulatory topics, create decision-making and communication documents for internal and external target groups, and represent company positions to relevant stakeholders.
• You will coordinate and support the implementation of regulatory and normative priorities in international markets and actively contribute to the further development of regulatory frameworks.
• You will build strategic relationships with internal partners, industry associations, standardization organizations, as well as regulatory and normative consortia, and develop these sustainably.

Your qualifications and experience:

• You have a successfully completed university degree in the field of Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, International Law, Economics, Public Health, Health Policy, Political Science, or a comparable field of study.
• You bring many years of professional experience in the field of Regulatory Affairs, Standards & Policy, Quality Management, or a comparable regulatory environment.
• You have very sound knowledge of international Cybersecurity laws, regulatory requirements, and relevant standards and have successfully applied them in practice.
• You possess in-depth knowledge of established Cybersecurity standards, especially ISO 27001, as well as other relevant international regulatory frameworks.
• You can demonstrate verifiable experience in working with standardization organizations, standardization bodies, industry associations, or comparable external institutions.
• Ideally, you have already participated in the development of standards, the commenting of regulatory drafts, or participation in international working groups.
• You have experience in international organizational structures and understand the regulatory requirements of global markets.

• You have very good written and spoken English skills and communicate confidently with international colleagues, partners, and authorities, with German skills being an advantage.
• You convince through very strong analytical skills and the competence to evaluate complex regulatory and strategic issues in a structured manner.
• You communicate in a target-group-oriented manner across different management levels and work trustfully with internal and external stakeholders from various disciplines.
• You have very good decision-making, organizational, and project management skills and steer demanding topics towards success in a goal-oriented manner.
• You work independently, responsibly, and result-oriented, and drive topics forward with high implementation strength and commitment.
• You show a confident appearance, intercultural competence, as well as the ability to build and successfully use relationships and networks sustainably.
• You enjoy international business travel of up to 20%.
