Then become part of our global team as a Senior ECC Expert (f/m/d) Process Design to significantly drive the further development of our customs processes and actively shape their integration into our system landscape.

Choose the best place for your work - as part of this position, it is possible, in coordination with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working time. Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days per year under certain conditions and in selected countries.

In addition, this position can be filled full-time or part-time with at least 30h/week.

The position can be based in Erlangen (Germany) or Oxford (United Kingdom).

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You are responsible for the analysis, harmonization, and further development of complex customs processes in an international environment and ensure their efficient mapping in our system and tool landscape (especially SAP and customs platform).- You translate functional requirements from the business into scalable digital solutions and actively drive the integration and optimization of existing processes as part of a system changeover.- You take on a central role in the digitalization, standardization, and automation of customs processes and continuously identify potential for improvement along the end-to-end processes.- You work closely with internal interfaces, IT, and international stakeholders and act as a sparring partner for strategic and operational issues.- You actively shape future process and system landscapes and use the available scope for design to build and further develop sustainable and efficient solutions and structures.

Your qualifications and experience:

• You have a completed degree, ideally in business administration, logistics, foreign trade, law, or a comparable field.- You bring sound, many years of experience in the field of customs as well as in the design of customs processes.- You have in-depth knowledge of SAP ECC or comparable customs systems.- You have experience in the conception and subsequent implementation of digitalization projects.- You already have very sound, many years of professional experience and further qualifications in this area, but no university degree? In doing so, you convince through a structured, analytical, and strategic way of working.- You are able to bring different stakeholders together and drive solutions forward.- You enjoy building and developing topics independently.- You actively drive changes and act as an impulse generator for innovations.- You enjoy working in a dynamic environment with high personal responsibility and scope for design.- You communicate confidently in English and move confidently in an international environment; German skills are an advantage.- You bring the willingness for occasional, well-planned travel (approx. 10%) within the EMEA region.
