Then become part of our global team as an Internal Control Practitioner (f/m/d) and support the further development, quality assurance, and implementation of our global Internal Control Framework, as well as the continuous exchange within the international RIC Community.

Choose the best place for your work - as part of this position, it is possible, in coordination with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working time. Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible under certain conditions and in selected countries for up to 30 days per year.

Additionally, this position can be filled full-time or part-time.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You support the maintenance and further development of the Policy & Control Masterbook (PCMB), including the implementation of new and adapted Control Requirements and coordination with Governance Owners.- You take responsibility for specific PCMB topics as a Topic Owner.- You are responsible for the transfer and adaptation of relevant Group Control Requirements into the Siemens Healthineers governance and control landscape.- You perform validation activities in the area of Internal Controls and contribute to ensuring high quality and consistency of the Internal Control System.- You review and validate management reporting as well as Power BI Dashboards in the Internal Control environment and support their continuous optimization.- You accompany the implementation of methodical adjustments in digital solutions and PowerApps and support the further development of corresponding applications.- You promote continuous exchange within the global RIC Community through regular community formats as well as the maintenance of documentation, knowledge bases, and the IC website.- You create and moderate training, workshops, and information events for the global Siemens Healthineers RIC Community.- You organize international workshops, conferences, and community events and promote knowledge exchange across country and functional boundaries.- You support various departments in the application of Internal Control processes as well as in the use of additional tools and solutions, including AI-supported applications, checklists, and analysis tools.- You support the creation and preparation of reports for management as well as other internal and external stakeholders.- You support control tests and other quality assurance activities within the Internal Control environment.

Your qualifications and experience:

• You have a successfully completed degree in business administration, finance and accounting, management, or a comparable field.- You bring many years of professional experience in an auditing or consulting firm (Big Four) or in the areas of Audit, Assurance, Internal Controls, or Governance of an internationally active company.- You have sound knowledge in the area of Internal Controls, Governance, Risk & Compliance, and ideally experience with ICFR processes.- You have experience in the analysis, validation, and documentation of control processes as well as in handling reporting and analysis tools.- You possess sound knowledge of digital solutions, PowerApps (including PowerBI) or AI-supported applications in the finance or governance environment.- You have already acquired very sound, many years of professional experience and corresponding further qualifications, but do not have a university degree? • You work in a structured, careful, and quality-oriented manner and maintain an overview even in complex regulatory and organizational matters.- You have strong analytical skills and derive targeted measures and recommendations for action from results.- You communicate confidently with different stakeholders and convey complex content in an understandable and target-group-oriented way.- You enjoy sharing knowledge and supporting international communities through training, workshops, and best-practice exchange.- You are characterized by an independent, proactive, and solution-oriented way of working.- You enjoy working in international and intercultural teams and actively promote cooperation and knowledge exchange.- You have very good written and spoken English skills; German skills are an advantage. Knowledge of other foreign languages is also welcome.
