Then become part of our global team as an Expert for Employment Conditions & Industrial Relations (f/m/d) to be responsible for and strategically develop German employment conditions in an internationally operating company.

Choose the best place for your work - as part of this position, it is possible, in coordination with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working time. Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days per year under certain conditions and in selected countries.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You will actively participate in the further development of Siemens Healthineers' specific Employment Conditions. A focus lies in the area of Compensation & Benefits. Collective bargaining topics and other employment conditions are also part of your field of responsibility.- In your area of responsibility, you will undertake the negotiation of general works agreements with the GBR committees and, in this context, also advise colleagues from the business.- You will advise the operative HR organization, the HR managers, and the HR Business Partners on Siemens Healthineers employment conditions as well as on labor law and works constitution law issues. You will design practical work aids for our HR organization. In this function, you will coordinate a corresponding development of employment conditions in your area of responsibility in Germany.- You will also coordinate the further development of the Employment Conditions with international colleagues from other HR areas and other central functions such as Taxes, Legal, Accounting.- You will define and monitor fundamental decisions in the operative implementation of the Employment Conditions with our operative HR organization and our Shared Service.- You will independently carry out projects from our area of responsibility.

Your qualifications and experience:

• You have a successfully completed university degree in the field of Law or Business Administration or bring a comparable qualification.- You have many years of experience in relevant HR functions.- You have very good knowledge of labor law.- You have good knowledge of Compensation & Benefits.

• So that you can also communicate confidently in an international context, fluent English skills are a matter of course for you.- You enjoy working in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.- You demonstrate a high degree of initiative, independence, and decisiveness. It is in your nature to proactively take up topics and accordingly push into innovative solution areas.- You always work in a team-oriented manner and can quickly familiarize yourself with new topics.
