Then become part of our global team as an ECC Solution Manager (f/m/d) and, as a consultant, play a decisive role in the further development of our processes, systems, and solutions in an international environment – focusing on EMEA. You will work at the interface of Business and IT, developing viable concepts and accompanying their implementation along our end-to-end processes.

Choose the best place for your work - within the scope of this position, it is possible, in coordination with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working time. Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days per year under certain conditions and in selected countries.

In addition, this position can be filled full-time or part-time with at least 30h/week.

The position can be based in Erlangen (Germany) or Oxford (United Kingdom).

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You advise our Business Lines on questions in the customs and foreign trade environment and understand their specific requirements to develop tailor-made solutions.- You analyze existing processes, develop target images, and create reliable functional and implementation concepts for our system landscape (especially SAP ECC and connected customs systems).- You translate functional requirements into scalable, digital solutions and accompany their implementation from conception to successful completion (end-to-end).- You take responsibility in programs and projects and manage them in a structured manner using established project and process management methods.- You act as a central interface between Business, IT, and external partners and present your concepts convincingly to various stakeholders, including senior management.- You actively drive the standardization, harmonization, and further development of our customs and foreign trade processes.

Your qualifications and experience:

• You have a completed degree, e.g., in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Law, or Finance – alternatively a degree as a Diplom-Finanzwirt*in or a comparable qualification.- You bring sound, many years of experience in the customs and foreign trade environment, ideally from a consulting function (e.g., Big4) or working for a customs authority.- You have very good knowledge of SAP ECC as well as a broad understanding of adjacent systems and processes in the international trade environment.- You are very familiar with project and program management methods and have experience in managing complex projects.- You have good experience in developing concepts as well as in accompanying and implementing initiatives.- You already have very sound, many years of professional experience and further qualifications in this area, but no university degree? In doing so, you convince through a structured, analytical, and strategic way of working.- You are able to bring different stakeholders together and drive solutions forward.- You enjoy building and further developing topics independently.- You actively drive change and act as an impulse provider for innovation.- You enjoy working in a dynamic environment with high personal responsibility and scope for design.- You communicate confidently in English and move confidently in an international environment; German skills are an advantage.- You are willing to undertake occasional, well-planned travel (approx. 10%) within the EMEA region.
