Then become part of our global team as a 4D ICE (Intracardiac Echocardiography) and Interventional Ultrasound EMEA - Clinical Application Specialist (w/m/d), to actively help shape the introduction of one of the most innovative imaging technologies in the fields of structural heart disease and electrophysiology.

In this role, you will work closely with internationally renowned physicians, opinion leaders, and leading global partners in the field of Structural Heart and electrophysiology. You will support a wide spectrum of demanding procedures, including catheter-based valve interventions, left atrial appendage (LAA) closures, electrophysiological procedures, and new and innovative therapeutic approaches.

At the same time, you will contribute to shaping the future of interventional imaging by bringing customer feedback directly into the further development of solutions and driving clinical innovation in one of the fastest-growing areas of cardiovascular medicine.

This position can be filled anywhere in Germany.

Choose the best place for your work - within the framework of this position, it is possible, in coordination with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working time. Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible under certain conditions and in selected countries for up to 30 days per year.

Your tasks and responsibilities: Drive clinical introduction and application

• You are responsible for the successful clinical introduction and establishment of AcuNav Lumos 4D ICE and interventional ultrasound technologies in the EMEA region.
• You support physicians as well as cath lab and EP teams through sound clinical and technical advice during procedures and enable the effective use of the AcuNav Lumos 4D ICE catheter as well as other interventional ultrasound solutions.

Develop training and continuing education programs

• You design and convey high-quality training programs and training content for customers as well as for internal sales and clinical teams and continuously expand your expertise in the clinical application of intracardiac echocardiography.
• You support international specialist congresses, customer events, and continuing education initiatives within the EMEA region, including practice-oriented workshops, simulation training, and clinical demonstrations.

Collaboration in the Structural Heart ecosystem

• You work closely with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), build trusting relationships, and represent the voice of the customers by collecting clinical insights and supporting continuous product improvements.
• You cooperate with sales, marketing, product management, as well as research and development teams to share clinical feedback and actively help shape innovations and the further development of products.

Contribution to business success

• You contribute your clinical expertise to identify customer needs and work closely with sales teams to support successful product introduction and sustainable business growth.
• You participate in market launch strategies as well as measures for customer retention and development.

Your qualifications and experience:

• You have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as medical technology, Biomedical Engineering, nursing science, or a comparable discipline.
• You bring many years of practical clinical experience in echocardiography, interventional cardiology, structural heart disease, and/or electrophysiology within the medical technology industry.
• Do you already have many years of professional experience and further qualifications in this area, for example as a Clinical Application Specialist or Cath-Lab nurse, but no university degree? Then we look forward to your application just as much.
• You possess sound knowledge in advanced cardiac imaging, especially in the areas of TEE, 3D/4D echocardiography and ideally ICE.
• You can demonstrate proven success in product demonstrations, clinical training, and the further education of physicians in complex clinical environments.
• You have comprehensive knowledge of clinical procedures, workflow optimization, best practices, error analysis and problem solving, scientific literature, new technologies, and the competitive environment.

Your profile and your skills:

• You work successfully in international matrix organizations, can manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and communicate fluently in English. German language skills are an advantage.
• You quickly understand customer requirements and can translate clinical insights into concrete recommendations for action and communicate these effectively to sales and cross-functional teams.
• Thanks to your strong communication and relationship skills, you build trusting relationships with physicians, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and other stakeholders. You know how to train, persuade, and promote successful cooperation.
• You are proactive, curious, and solution-oriented, and you are enthusiastic about innovation, continuous development, and the improvement of patient care.
• You bring the willingness and ability for extensive travel within your area of responsibility (approx. 80%).
