Job description:

• representing digital industries machine tools towards assigned regional market entities
• supporting the assigned regional team to accelerate sales through expertise in tendering for large new projects
• ownership and promotion of the technology vision of technologies in the machine tools segment, identification of business potential for assigned regions
• providing technical expertise in portfolio selection and customization, supporting both internal sales teams and external customers as needed
• driving technology and service adoption at top levels, supporting long-term business transformation initiatives
• providing feedback to portfolio development teams based on market requirements and regional insights

Candidate requirements:

• education in a technical field in automation, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field is an advantage
• experience in technical sales management, ideally in the field of industrial automation, electrical drives, digital solutions, and mechanical engineering is welcome
• ability to understand complex technical solutions and translate them into compelling business value
• excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• knowledge of English for communication with international colleagues and partners in the EMEA region
