Job description: " Oversee service delivery, bear responsibility, and report performance (service levels, KPI, and costs) for each individual IT service. " Build strong partnership relationships with our providers, IT business partners, and our business stakeholders. " Escalate performance-related issues and customer complaints to service owners and proactively discuss our customer requirements with associated providers. " Keep the protection concept up to date; for all ISEC risks, proper risk acceptance is obtained and documented. " Participate in the preparation of the Protection Risk Analysis (PRA).

Candidate requirements: " Education in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience is welcome. " Good communication and networking skills in an intercultural environment and at all management levels. " Knowledge of ITIL principles and project management methodologies is an advantage. " Knowledge of some programming languages e.g. C, C++, C#, Python etc. is welcome. " Ability to effectively manage and prioritize tasks. " Solid resource planning and problem-solving skills. " Excellent oral and written skills in English.
