As a team leader, you will drive the technical performance of a dynamic team undergoing transformation.

Your missions:

Within the Rail Infrastructure Business Unit in Châtillon (92), you will join the Data Engineering department, responsible for configuring and safely validating the data used by the CBTC system (automated driving for latest-generation metros and VAL).

Reporting to the Head of the Data Engineering department, the Activity Manager (middle manager) provides hierarchical management to the data safety validation team.

You are responsible for mastering the quality, cost, and deadline objectives of the projects entrusted to your team and communicate regularly with related teams, Project Managers, and Technical Managers.

Within the department and in connection with partner entities, you are in charge of applying data safety validation processes, ensuring compliance with applicable standards, and managing associated risks. You also drive the development of validation tools to maximize efficiency and team development.

This permanent contract (CDI) is based in Châtillon (92) and is available as soon as possible.

Your profile:

With an Engineering background, you have 5 to 10 years of successful experience in industry, ideally acquired in the railway field or on complex systems. You possess excellent communication skills and experience in managing technical, transversal, or hierarchical teams, serving strong client challenges in a multicultural environment.

Your English is fluent.
