Within the Administration & Diagnostic Tools (ADT) department of Siemens Mobility, you will take the reins of strategic software packages. You will be the technical and organizational pillar, guaranteeing the delivery of innovative solutions that shape the mobility of tomorrow.
Your Missions: Lead the Siwimedia and ADT software packages, from planning to realization, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budget, and quality standards.
- Functionally manage a team of System integrators, supporting them and helping them develop their skills.
- Actively participate in the Change Control Board for your scope, evaluating impacts and proposing solutions.
- Be the preferred technical interlocutor for our customers and partners for the packages for which you are responsible.
- Ensure the deployment engineering of the Siwimedia product (configuration, identification of network and radio impacts) and the integration of the Cyber solution, up to customer acceptance.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and tools to optimize project efficiency.
Your Profile: You are a graduate of an engineering school or equivalent, and you have at least 5 years of professional experience in the field of software or system integration. You possess a solid knowledge of passenger information systems and notions of cybersecurity. Your expertise in project management, particularly regarding quality, cost, and deadline aspects, is a major asset. We are looking for someone recognized for their adaptability, ability to synthesize information, and reactivity. Your excellent interpersonal skills allow you to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and various stakeholders. A fluent level of English is essential to evolve in our international environment.
