Job Description:

By 2050, nearly 70% of the world's population will live in cities. To meet the challenges of sustainable urban mobility, Siemens Mobility designs the trains and signaling systems that shape the mobility of tomorrow: connected, decarbonized, and fluid.

From Line 14 in Paris to the lines in Riyadh or New York, our technologies are already making transport smarter, safer, and more accessible.

Every day, we reduce the carbon footprint of millions of journeys, a success driven by the diversity of profiles within our company.

And this is only the beginning.

Join us and put your talent at the service of tomorrow's mobility and a more responsible future.

Join Siemens Mobility in Châtillon and take part in one of the most ambitious metro automation projects in the world: the New York City subway lines. As a Project RAMS Engineer, you are the guarantor of RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety) objectives on an international-scale project, at the crossroads of technical excellence and railway safety.

Your missions, if you accept them: Organize and manage all RAMS activities necessary to meet the project's RAMS commitments, while respecting quality, cost, and deadline objectives.

  • Functionally coordinate the resources contributing to the project's safety activities.
  • Perform or manage risk analyses and safety studies (Hazard Log, PHA, SHA, FMEA/FMECA, etc.). Define and justify safety requirements in accordance with applicable standards and contractual objectives.
  • Prepare safety files and demonstration elements intended for the client and independent assessment bodies.
  • Work in close interface with the project team, technical managers, the local entity in New York, the client, and external assessors.
  • Participate in technical and design reviews to ensure the compliance of solutions with safety requirements.
  • Contribute to the capitalization of feedback and the continuous improvement of safety practices and methods.
  • Identify technical risks, propose associated action plans, and alert stakeholders if necessary.

The profile that will make the difference:

A graduate of an engineering school or equivalent, you have at least 5 years of experience in the RAMS of complex systems, ideally in the railway or guided transport sector. A good mastery of CENELEC EN 50126, EN 50128, and EN 50129 standards is a decisive asset. Experience in conducting risk analyses and safety demonstrations is essential. Initial experience in coordination or cross-functional management of technical teams will be appreciated. Rigor, organizational skills, and the ability to operate in a complex international environment are your strengths. Excellent analytical, synthesis, and communication skills complete your profile. Proficiency in professional English is required to interact with international teams and partners.

Benefit from advantages that make a difference:

A career without borders: Develop your potential within an international group present in more than 200 countries. Take advantage of international mobility opportunities and a stimulating multicultural environment.
