Join the Real Estate Finance Department to drive the performance of our real estate assets in France. Working in direct contact with operational and financial teams, you will ensure the reliability of reporting and the strategic optimization of costs. A key role at the heart of managing our workspaces and the transformation of our real estate environment.

Your main missions:

Reporting directly to the Real Estate Finance Director France & Belux, you will manage the financial steering of the French real estate perimeter. In this capacity, you will Manage the annual budget cycle and ensure the monthly preparation of forecasts as well as reporting and P&L analysis.

• Coordinate monthly closing activities and guarantee the accuracy of provisions recorded in the balance sheet.
• Evaluate financial opportunities and risks related to the activity to inform strategic decisions for Management and the Parent Company.
• Calculate rents and charges for the sites within the perimeter and ensure rigorous monitoring of client and supplier financial flows.
• Perform specific financial studies, support project monitoring, and manage the activation of real estate fixed assets.

This permanent position (CDI) is to be filled as soon as possible within our teams based in La Défense.

Expected Profile:

You hold a higher education degree (Master's level/Bac +5) in business management, accounting, or finance. Proven experience of at least 5 years in management control or accounting is necessary to hold this position. You have already worked with SAP, Big Data, Excel, or Power BI. Knowledge of the corporate real estate sector constitutes a significant advantage for understanding the challenges of the perimeter. Fluency in English is indispensable for daily interaction with your interlocutors in France and internationally. Your rigor, analytical capacity, and interpersonal skills allow you to collaborate effectively with diverse profiles, both operational and financial.
