Location: Epinal (88) or Nancy (54).
This permanent position (CDI) is home-based. Ideally, you reside in Epinal or Nancy or in the immediate outskirts of these cities. Daily travel to our clients in the sector is to be expected.

Your role:
As a Medical Imaging Customer Service Engineer, you will be responsible for performing all technical interventions necessary for the proper functioning of medical imaging modalities throughout the equipment's entire life cycle. You will also contribute to maintaining and developing relationships with customers to ensure their full satisfaction.
Your expertise:
You perform preventive maintenance and corrective interventions on medical imaging systems installed in hospitals and clinics, primarily based in the departments of the sector, in MRI, scanner, and nuclear medicine; You ensure customer satisfaction through your level of interaction and communication; You take charge of equipment monitoring in perfect transparency with users; You participate in the installation and calibration of new machines.
Required skills:
You enjoy traveling to healthcare facilities to provide solutions, with a certain degree of autonomy in managing your intervention schedule; You possess in-depth technical skills on the medical imaging product range(s) assigned to you (MRI, scanner, and nuclear medicine); You have a good command of technical English; You have good IT skills; You hold a valid Driver's License (Permis B).
Your profile:
You hold a Bac+3/5 degree in Engineering or a Bac+2/3 in electronics / electrotechnics; You have significant experience in the maintenance of medical imaging equipment (minimum 5 years); You have solid experience in the maintenance of systems with high technical value; You demonstrate dynamism, availability, and a strong team spirit; You are committed to customer satisfaction; You are recognized for your interpersonal skills, your organization, as well as your ability to learn and adapt.
