As Hub Sales Manager Program Business, you will take on a key role in developing and expanding our service business in the area of long-term service contracts for gas and steam power plants in the Asia Pacific region.

* Acquiring new customers and business opportunities in close cooperation with the regional national companies by presenting our product and service portfolio. * Leading and coordinating interdisciplinary sales teams in the creation of technical and commercial offers based on customer tenders.  * Developing and implementing customer-specific bidding strategies for projects. * Leading the approval processes (LOA) for your offers across all hierarchical levels. * Creating Life Cycle Cost analyses and evaluating customer evaluation models. * Following up and negotiating service offers until contract conclusion and the handover of the project to project execution.

What you bring    * Completed studies in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or industrial engineering with several years of professional experience (at least 10 years) in the field of power plant technology, ideally with a focus on gas turbines and gas and steam power plant technology (GuD). * Experience in professional project management, especially in the areas of cost, schedule, risks, and stakeholder management, preferably involving bid preparation. * Sound knowledge in contract negotiations. * Understanding of the interfaces between sales, marketing, bid management, and project execution. * Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as strategic and entrepreneurial thinking. * High level of initiative, perseverance, and leadership competence to successfully manage international bid teams. * International travel activity (approx. 10-30%) with regular visits to customers and partners in Korea, Japan, Southeast Asia, and Australia. * Business fluent English skills as well as experience in working with international and intercultural teams. * Strong affinity for digital technologies and Artificial Intelligence (AI) as well as enjoyment in optimizing processes, unlocking efficiency potential, and integrating innovative AI applications into daily sales activities.

Our Gas Services business unit offers low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Emission-free or low-emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines, and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
