A snapshot of your day As a Production Section Manager (f/m/d) of Pre-assembly, you ensure efficient and on-time production with a high level of quality. You take on disciplinary and technical leadership of the team and act as the interface to various internal departments.

* Ensuring occupational safety and compliance with environmental protection requirements in accordance with legal and company guidelines * Supporting the Zero Harm culture to promote a safe working environment as well as carrying out optimization and Lean projects * Resource planning in the flexible 3-shift system * Motivating the team and continuous personnel development as well as qualification * Controlling and coordinating maintenance and repair measures as well as supporting the specialist department in implementation * Mutual representation with the Production Section Management of Final Assembly
What you bring * Many years of professional experience in electrical machine construction * Completed university education (or comparable) in a technical field * In-depth knowledge of production processes and technologies in the field of generator assembly * Leadership experience in the production area as well as pronounced entrepreneurial thinking and action * Independent, goal-oriented way of working and high teamwork skills * Good knowledge of MS Office, SAP as well as good written and spoken English skills
