Working Student - Talent Acquisition Coordinator A snapshot of your day In this role, you will support the Talent Acquisition team in Sweden with administrative and coordination activities. You will work part-time within the HR department and provide essential operational support to ensure a smooth recruitment process for both candidates and hiring managers. A typical day may involve coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers, as well as updating candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data accuracy and compliance. You will also act as a point of contact for candidates and provide them with updates regarding the recruitment process. Act as a point of contact for candidates, providing quick updates and answering basic questions about the recruitment process. What You bring Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in Sweden, focusing on Human Resources, Business Administration, behavioral science, or a related field. Previous experience in an administrative, coordinating, or customer-oriented role is highly valuable. Fluency in English is required, and professional knowledge of Swedish is a strong advantage. Strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude.
