Operational Buyer (m/f/d) (Buyer)

Your Tasks

• Operational procurement for relevant product groups according to the purchasing strategy
• Development and implementation of outsourcing strategies regarding availability, quality, and economic efficiency
• Optimization of procurement routes within the own product groups
• Price and condition negotiations with national and international suppliers
• Achieving savings and thus positively influencing the company's success
• Reduction of inventory levels for raw materials, consumables, and operating supplies
• Building and maintaining long-term supplier relationships
• Support in the further development of the KPI dashboard

Your Profile

• Completed commercial vocational training
• Several years of experience in operational procurement or in the Supply Chain environment
• Sound understanding of procurement, planning, and material flow processes in a manufacturing company
• Very good English skills in spoken and written form (at least B2 level)
• MS-Office as well as ERP knowledge and basic numerical understanding
• Analytical thinking skills, perseverance, and assertiveness
• Flexibility, communication and teamwork skills, as well as holistic, entrepreneurial thinking
