Reservation Agent - Full-time CDI M/F - Domaine & Demeure Headquarters

This rapid development leads us to recruit a Reservation Agent for our headquarters based in Béziers.

Main missions:

- Identify customer needs and propose personalized tourism offers, highlighting the assets, experiences, and benefits of each product in order to maximize the conversion rate - Advise, provide arguments, and close sales (accommodation and services), while ensuring a smooth and high-quality customer experience - Develop turnover through upselling and premium upgrade actions - Actively participate in the promotion of offers and commercial highlights - Ensure complete follow-up of the customer file: confirmation, coordination with operational teams, and guaranteeing the smooth running of the stay - Manage invoicing, collections, and the follow-up of customer receivables with a logic of performance and rigor

• With a background in Tourism, you must have a minimum of one year of experience in a similar position, ideally in the hotel-restaurant industry.
• Experience with a hotel PMS such as Protel or Opera.
• Proficiency in English is an essential prerequisite for this position: you are perfectly bilingual, comfortable both orally and in writing, and capable of managing an international clientele on a daily basis.
• You demonstrate anticipation, reactivity, organization, and rigor
• Good interpersonal skills and enjoy teamwork
• Position to be filled as soon as possible
