Develop code following best practices, investigate and resolve defects, implement improvements and changes requested by internal and external clients, ensuring software quality and stability. Actively collaborate with clients and technical teams in scope definition, solution validation, feature integration, and the use of agile methodologies. Share knowledge, provide technical support to partners and colleagues, review code, and contribute to the technical growth of the team. Participate in innovation initiatives, proposing new ideas, projects, and patents, evaluating the feasibility of innovative solutions, and contributing to the technical excellence of SiDi. Support the continuous improvement of processes, technical estimates, risk management, and quality activities, including eventual participation in national and international travel for collaboration and knowledge transfer.Requirements and qualificationsSolid knowledge in Java and Kotlin; Previous experience in Technical Leadership Ability to lead the technical team and conduct strategic decisions in the technical scope; Experience in Android SDK (mainly with WorkManager, BroadcastReceivers, ContentProviders);Experience with Android Jetpack Components; Experience in creating Services in Android;Knowledge of design patterns and architectures such as MVC or MVVM; Experience in solutions that involve communication with other applications; Experience in databases (SQL and NoSQL); Knowledge in textual indexing and search;Knowledge in performance analysis and application optimization; Knowledge of unit testing; Basic notions of application security and privacy; Knowledge of unit testing and instrumented testing; Experience with AI: Training and validation of models, use of LLMs;Knowledge in NLP and Semantic Search.
