Responsibilities and assignments

• Lead the development of new features and maintenance for mobile development projects;
• Lead the development of Android applications and services;
• Act in a collaborative and dynamic environment with agile development methodologies;
• Guide the resolution of technical impediments for team members;
• Lead investigations of technical problems in development, testing, and deployment;
• Interact with clients regarding requirement clarity, prioritization, and impediments;
• Be the focal point for resolving technical debts, discussions related to delivery, and solution performance;
• Monitor team performance, pointing out technical gaps and training plans;
• Have the technical capacity to identify the best set of skills that should compose the Project;
• Definition of strategy (Architecture) for proofs of concept and product design.

Requirements and qualifications What we expect from you:

• Experience with software development, having acted as a developer, architect, and/or technical leader;
• Experience with Android application development (Native/hybrid);
• Experience with technical leadership of development teams;
• Skills with development tools and IDEs such as GIT, Gerrit, Jira, among others;
• Knowledge for creating and updating CI/CD pipelines;
• Mastery of Java, combined with knowledge in Design System, Spring Boot, AWS, and Argo;
• Knowledge in software security;
• Mastery of object-oriented knowledge and Android architecture (Event-driven Architecture).

Academic Background:

• Completed degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or similar fields.

Languages:

• Advanced English for reading, writing, and conversation.

What will be a differentiator:

• Knowledge of payment systems, Open Finance/Pix (DICT).

Additional information Job for Manaus/AM, in a hybrid contract modality, considering candidates with availability to move cities.
