Senior Software Developer (Embedded Android/Automotive)

Responsibilities and assignments Participate actively in the entire software research and development cycle. Research and develop new functionalities related to embedded software in infotainment systems (Automotive OS). Defect correction. Act as a mentor to less experienced team members, assisting in the process of requirements refinement, task breakdown, and distribution.
Requirements and qualifications What we expect from you: Advanced knowledge in C++ and/or Java programming languages. Experience working with Android development in the framework or Apps layers. Advanced knowledge in object-oriented programming. Knowledge of operating system architecture, preferably Linux and/or Android. Interest in secure coding practices. Experience with code versioning systems. Good communication in English for conversation, reading, and writing. Academic Background: Completed higher education in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. Languages: Advanced English for reading, writing, and conversation.
What will be a differentiator: Experience with Java or C++ already qualifies you for the position, but knowing both will be considered a differentiator. Experience with Android Automotive OS. Knowledge of secure coding practices. Experience with tools for static code analysis and memory leak analysis.
Additional information Position for Manaus/AM, in a hybrid contract modality, considering candidates with availability to relocate.
