Office Clerk – Back Office for the Export Department

Our company, with a steadily growing presence in the field of medical technology products, is seeking an Office Clerk – Back Office for the Export Department. We are looking for a highly organized, responsible, and communicative individual, with an emphasis on excellent service and maintenance of the existing customer base, systematic monitoring of orders and pending items, and effective support of the department's daily operations. Responsibilities: Management and support of the existing international customer base. Monitoring of orders, pending items, and related deadlines. Communication with customers and management of commercial correspondence. Coordination with the company's relevant departments for the smooth and timely progress of orders. Management of any customer complaints or issues and coordination of the necessary actions for their resolution. Support of the daily tasks and processes of the Export Department.

Required Qualifications: ​ Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken. Very good knowledge of MS Office, with particular emphasis on Excel. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Responsibility, consistency, and professionalism. Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities. Ability to undertake professional travel. Desired Qualifications: Knowledge of an additional foreign language will be considered an added advantage. Previous experience in a similar position, ideally in an Export Department or commercial department, will be appreciated.
