• Preparation of payroll for the headquarters (KV Angestellte Metallgewerbe)

• Preparation of payroll for our international locations in the USA and Asia in cooperation with our external partners (tax advisors)

• Support with personnel administrative tasks such as contract creation, time tracking, and similar tasks

• Research in connection with international payroll (tax and social security law topics, pension and accident insurance)

• Contact person for offices and authorities as well as employees and management regarding wage tax, labor, and social security law topics

Your profile

• Commercial education (apprenticeship, HAK, HBLA, HAS) and ideally professional experience in a comparable position

• Successfully completed payroll specialist examination

• Very good English skills

• Experience in using BMD is desirable

• Enjoyment in contacting our international colleagues and partners

• Structured and reliable way of working

• Open and solution-oriented personality
