Customer Service at Sibelco!

You are outgoing and positive with good communication skills and, above all, a team player. As a person, you are driven, independent, and focused, with a great commitment to your work.

You have experience working with customer service and tasks such as order management and freight. It is important that you have solid expert knowledge and are familiar with customs documents and other formalities. It is important that you have good IT proficiency and an aptitude for numbers. You also have a good understanding of what different delivery terms imply.

You are a structured and meticulous person who enjoys problem-solving. You like working at a high pace and are able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Your English is very good, and you can express yourself well in speech and writing. You are accustomed to international contacts.

Your tasks will mainly consist of order management, with a large part being export, as well as providing service to our customers. The role includes logistics administration such as booking freight for sea freight and land transport, as well as issuing export documentation. Furthermore, you will work with sales support such as quotation management and complaint management in our CRM-system. Keeping current prices updated in our business system is also part of your duties.

We want you to be responsible and "own" your order until it is followed up and completed. You will have contact via email and telephone with our customers and facilities, primarily in the Swedish and Norwegian markets. You will report to the manager of Customer Service, who is also based at the office in Mölndal.
