Main Functions
- Distribution control: Ensure optimal routes and delivery times.
- Personnel management: Manage operators, drivers, and delivery personnel.
- Monitoring of refrigerated vehicle maintenance
- Indicators: Monitor productivity metrics and logistical incidents.
- Planning: Coordinate the availability of units and product.
- KPI Control: On-time delivery indicators (OTIF), freight costs, inventory turnover, and shrinkage.
- Systems: Office, ERP .
