Permanent Part-Time Prep Chef

📍 Location: Jalan Besar 💰 Salary: $12 per hour 🕒 Flexible Working Hours

Job Summary

Prepare fresh ingredients, sauces, and salad bowls while maintaining hygiene standards and assisting with customer orders in a fast-paced salad bar environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh ingredients and proteins to meet daily production needs
• Wash, cut, and portion vegetables accurately for salad preparation
• Prepare sauces and ingredients following standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Maintain food hygiene and cleanliness standards throughout kitchen operations
• Assist with stock replenishment to ensure ingredient availability
• Prepare and serve salad bowls to customers promptly and accurately
• Take customer orders at the cashier with attention to detail
• Perform any other kitchen preparation duties as assigned to support smooth operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage (F&B) or kitchen environments preferred
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn
• Immediate availability is an advantage
