Senior Supervisor - Operations

• Supervise and control daily operations in Warehouse and eCommerce, such as Inbound, Outbound, Order Fulfillment, and Inventory
• Monitor the process of receiving and managing orders from eCommerce channels to ensure accuracy and compliance with SLA
• Coordinate with the warehouse team, transportation team, and related departments to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor Productivity and Service Level performance and prepare operational reports
• Plan manpower and allocate tasks appropriately according to daily workload
• Analyze and resolve operational problems, including coordinating with relevant departments to solve issues
• Control operations to comply with SOP, safety standards, and the company's quality standards
• Propose guidelines and implement work process improvements to increase operational and service efficiency
• Support new projects and Operations tasks as assigned

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher At least 3–5 years of experience in Warehouse, eCommerce Operations, Fulfillment, Logistics, or Distribution Direct experience in eCommerce Fulfillment / Order Processing / Warehouse Operations Knowledge and experience in Inventory Management and Operations planning Skills in team management, coordination, and problem-solving Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Good English communication skills Ability to work in a high-volume and high-pressure environment Ability to work on-site and work in shifts or overtime as necessary
