QA Manager

1. Oversee QA/QC systems and define quality standards
2. Define quality requirements for raw materials in collaboration with Suppliers
3. Coordinate with Engineering and Production to resolve non-standard product issues and perform Root Cause analysis
4. Verify customer requirements and ensure compliance with specifications
5. Oversee and conduct Internal/External Audits
6. Inspect and prepare product test reports, including Incoming / In-process / Outgoing
7. Prepare and monitor KPI & Action Plan
8. Prepare/control documents such as WI, SOP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, APQP, PSW
9. Control ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 standards and systems
10. Oversee instrument Calibration and improve processes to maintain quality stability
11. Other assigned tasks

Qualifications: Female, Age 35–45 years old Bachelor's degree or higher in Science, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields 3–5+ years of experience as a QA Manager in an industrial factory Leadership skills, able to manage a team and drive work to achieve goals Good interpersonal skills, good personality, team player, and positive attitude Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 systems Able to communicate in English
