Quality Assurance Engineer (QA)

Your tasks

Plan quality control inspections for incoming raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods; control the quality of plating solutions; control chemical testing quality; control the calibration of measuring instruments to ensure compliance with standards; evaluate inspection results and identify corrective actions; report quality inspection results and issues to supervisors; define procedures for non-conforming products; summarize and report quality results regarding incoming raw materials, production process Yield, and customer Return rate; evaluate Supplier quality; and develop the skills of team members to ensure knowledge, capability, and expertise in accordance with company standards.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemical Science, or other related fields.
2. At least 3 years of experience in laboratory control within an industrial factory.
3. At least 1 year of experience in a Laboratory.
4. At least 2 years of experience in managing ISO 9001 quality systems.
5. Ability to communicate in English at a good conversational level.
6. At least 1 year of experience in chemical plating.
