Production (Injection) Asistant Manager / Manager

• Overall management of the Production Department
• Management and maintenance of production equipment, particularly injection molding machines, and molds
• Training and development of technicians in injection molding skills and troubleshooting
• Improvement of production defects and issues, including root cause analysis and corrective actions for injection molding and secondary processing
• Development and monitoring of KPIs, follow-up of corrective actions, and continuous improvement activities
• Preparation, revision, and timely management of Production Department documents, including corrective action reports,
• Internal procedures, inspection sheets, and reports, in accordance with the company’s IATF 16949 system

Qualifications: Male Age 40 years over At least 10 years of experience in plastic industry Strong relationship-building, supervisory skills, leadership qualities, and a positive attitude.
