Sia is looking for a resource to join the Milan office for an internship in the Insurance Practice for a duration of 6 months. The intern will be involved in significant projects within the major Clients of the domestic and international insurance market. Working in a team of expert consultants, you will have the opportunity to: Participate in the definition and implementation of operational plans for compliance with new industry regulations Contribute to the improvement of clients' risk management systems, in terms of effectiveness and efficiency, by verifying the analysis, calculation, and reporting processes of the risk profile Define and implement target operating models for specific business areas Collaborate in the management of transformation projects The internship is aimed at permanent employment subject to a positive performance evaluation.
Educational background: Master's degree in Economic disciplines, preferably with a focus on the insurance sector and/or risk management. Fundamental requirements: Basic knowledge of the insurance world and industry regulations (Solvency II) In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office tools Basic knowledge of data analysis Language skills: professional use of English. Soft skills: Enthusiasm and proactivity Precision and attention to detail Analytical and synthesis skills Attitude towards teamwork in a problem-solving perspective Strong results orientation
