Sia is looking for a profile to be included in an internship within the Banking BU for the Milan office for a duration of 6 months. The intern will be involved in Innovation projects aimed at banking and financial Clients. Working in a team of expert consultants, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the following activities: Program and project management based on industry standards and Sia Partners proprietary methodologies Process design using business process management methodologies (BPMN, EPC, swimlane, RACI, etc.) Definition of business requirements, design of operating and service models Furthermore, you will be able to develop a series of vertical and sector-specific knowledge related to the banking field, the world of Issuing and Acquiring, and more generally innovative payments. Finally, you will be trained both through on-the-job training and through training modules prepared on specific business cases.
Educational background: Master's degree in Economics, Banking Sciences, Management, Financial Intermediaries, Management Engineering. Language skills: excellent English. Additionally, complete mastery of French will be considered a plus IT skills: complete mastery of the Office Package, in particular Excel and PowerPoint. Soft skills: Passion for the banking and financial sector and its evolutions; Enthusiasm and proactivity; Analytical and synthesis skills; Ability to work in a group; Problem-solving orientation
