Job Description

Sia is looking for a Senior Consultant for its Milan office (hybrid mode) to join the CIO Advisory Practice, working on projects involving the definition of IT Strategy, Target Operating Model, IT process review, and governance of complex transformation programs.

The selected individual will be involved—depending on the experience gained—in projects related to the following areas of expertise:

• IT Strategy and transformation roadmap: definition of IT strategy in line with business objectives, prioritization of initiatives, business cases, and governance of complex program portfolios.
• IT Target Operating Model (including GenAI / AI TOM): design of the future IT operating model and AI integration.
• IT Processes: Demand, Project and Portfolio Management, IT Service Management, as strategic levers.
• IT Organizational Model: roles and responsibilities, sizing, sourcing, and make-or-buy.
• IT Governance: application of major frameworks (ITIL, COBIT, ...) to support decision-making and monitoring.
• Performance Management: Design of performance measurement models.

Furthermore, there will be the opportunity to actively contribute to the growth and development of the Practice by participating in workshops, publications, market analysis, and seminars.

Qualifications

Education: Master's Degree in Engineering, Economics, or in technological and information systems disciplines.

Required experience: the candidate possesses at least 3 years of experience in leading consulting firms or within the IT project structures of multinational companies.

Language skills (in addition to native Italian):

• Excellent knowledge of English
• Knowledge of French and/or an additional foreign language constitutes a plus

Hard skills:

• Experience in IT Strategy projects, transformation roadmaps, and business cases
• Knowledge of IT operating models (IT Target Operating Model), with attention to AI and GenAI themes
• Knowledge of IT processes: Demand, Project and Portfolio Management, IT Service Management
• Knowledge of IT organizational models: roles and responsibilities, sourcing, make-or-buy
• Knowledge of the main IT Governance frameworks (ITIL, COBIT and others)
• Ability to design performance management models
• Familiarity with themes related to AI and digital transformation

What we offer

• Salary range: Starting from €36,000 RAL

The salary range indicates the estimated compensation for this role, defined on the basis of objective criteria such as experience, skills, and qualifications, applied consistently regardless of gender or any other protected characteristic.

The total compensation package may also include additional benefits. The final offer will be defined within the expected range, based on the experience and skills of the candidate.
