As a Senior Consultant, you are responsible for executing transformation projects in the area of Risk & Regulatory for our clients. You work in an organization that improves the way of working in a more efficient, simpler, or more strategic manner. This can concern various goals: revenue increase, cost reduction, improvement of customer satisfaction, or better risk management. So, what are your daily tasks? You perform complex analyses, identify key issues, and create relevant solution and action plans. In addition, you manage all relevant methodological concepts and tools and implement them at the client site. When commercial opportunities arise within your expertise, you identify and develop them together with the team. Since you have several years of experience as a consultant, you take initiative and do not hesitate to guide other consultants from your team in achieving results and to promote personal development. Through internal and external training, you can pass on the knowledge you have acquired over these years.
You have completed your Master's degree. You have at least 4 years of experience as a consultant in the financial services industry in the area of Risk & Regulatory. English speaker with excellent communication and presentation skills; Dutch and French are considered a plus. The financial sector no longer holds any secrets for you. You know the products, trends, and processes at a strategic or operational level. You are able to process information, identify problems and trends, and solve complex problems. You enjoy working in a team but are also able to perform at a high level alone and do not hesitate to share your thoughts. You have an entrepreneurial mindset.
