Senior Consultant - Data Management / Governance

Sia is looking for a Senior Consultant for the Milan office (hybrid mode) to be included within the CIO Advisory practice in projects involving the definition of IT Target Operating Models, revision of IT processes, and governance of complex transformation programs. The chosen candidate will be involved - depending on the experience gained - in projects relating to the following areas of expertise: Previous experience in managing Data Governance, Data Management, or Data Strategy projects Previous experience in defining Data Governance operating models Management, in terms of Project Management or Governance, of Data Transformation programs Ability to work as a link between business, IT, Data Office, Compliance, and operational functions Collection and definition of requirements through interviews, workshops, and document analysis Knowledge of the main Data Management domains (e.g.: Data Quality, Lineage, Integration,...) Knowledge of the main tools (e.g.: Purview, Collibra, Databricks) They will also have the opportunity to actively contribute to the growth and development of the Practice (workshops, publications, market analysis, participation in seminars).

Educational background: Master's Degree in Technology and Systems, Economics, Engineering. Professional experience: the candidate possesses at least 4 years of experience in leading consulting firms or within IT project structures in multinational companies. Soft skills: Enthusiasm and proactivity Analytical and synthesis skills Attitude toward teamwork Strong orientation toward problem solving Excellent communication, client management, and negotiation skills Passion for the tech world Language skills: professional knowledge and use of the English language; knowledge of French is a plus.
