Sia is looking for a Senior Consultant / Associate Manager to be included in digital transformation projects in Italy or abroad within the global Artificial Intelligence and Data Science Business Line. In Sia, the AI&DS team not only develops and applies its own expertise in the field of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, but also deals with understanding phenomena related to our Clients' Business to guide them towards complex digital transformation projects such as journey to cloud, advanced computation systems and complex architectures. Our goal is to extract information from complexity to enable our Clients to make strategic decisions. The selected person will be responsible for: Providing support for the development of Artificial Intelligence solutions within projects for reference clients Providing / sharing their technical leadership, acting as a point of reference within projects for reference clients Contributing to the upskilling and reskilling process of junior resources to facilitate the acquisition of the skills necessary to identify the main technologies in support of digital transformation projects Guiding clients in understanding the risks/opportunities of transformation projects, identifying the most suitable tools to design target architectures Using their technical experience in client/consulting environments to contribute to the generation of business insights useful for decision-making In addition to projects, the resource will be required to contribute to internal research and development activities, the ideation of new solutions, use cases and business development activities.
The indispensable requirements to join our team are: Master's Degree in STEM disciplines 3-6 years (depending on the role applied for) of experience gained at consulting firms in data science and AI roles and/or functions as an architect Knowledge of the main ML and GenAI algorithms and the main technologies to support transformation processes Knowledge and experience in using one or more of the following languages: Python, R, Matlab, Java Knowledge of structured and unstructured databases (MySQL, MongoDB, Neo4j., …) Knowledge of at least one cloud-based AI service among SageMaker, VertexAI and AzureML Experience in managing digital transformation projects (e.g. journey to cloud) Professional knowledge of the English language; knowledge of French is considered a plus Soft Skills: Strong communication skills to present results to both technical and non-technical audiences Strong interpersonal skills that allow the resource to work in teams and collaborate with colleagues from international offices Adaptability and flexibility Curiosity
