Uside's Talent Management division: Performs talent management consulting missions (assessment and managerial development of executives and leaders), primarily within large groups Develops tools and methods for evaluating talents, motivations, aptitudes, and skills. These tools are built by our R&D team and transform traditional approaches. They are used to recruit, develop, and evaluate talents and potentials. As a Project Manager, your main activities will be: Business development and client relationship management (opening new accounts, listening to and understanding needs, consulting, preparing commercial proposals) Project direction: design of projects and programs in the field of assessment and managerial development for executives (assessment center, 360°, leadership development) Operational participation in missions (facilitating workshops, assessments, seminars…)
A graduate of a business school, engineering school, political science school, or a major university (Master's degree), you have 10 to 15 years of experience in a consulting firm. You have proven experience and results in business development, particularly in opening new accounts. You have a strong interest in HR topics. Experience in topics related to talent management or training in coaching would be a plus. You are convinced that a company's performance relies on the teams that compose it and that the collective is a strength. You possess human and interpersonal qualities in your interactions with your clients (listening, understanding corporate culture, needs, decision-making processes, consulting). A fluent and operational professional level of English is indispensable.
