Digital Transformation Manager

To support the growth of our Luxembourg office, we are looking for a manager whose role will be a driving force in the development of our business activities. You will be integrated into the Technology Advantage team, which operates across all business sectors (transport, energy, banking & insurance, public sector…) within the framework of transformations related to the digital shift: data management, IT strategy, new technologies (IoT, 5G, RPA, AI, blockchain), emerging technologies (quantum computing), cloud computing, APIsation of IS, large program management, cybersecurity… Supervised by experienced consultants, you will work within a multidisciplinary team on missions of a very varied nature such as: 1- Organization & Governance: transformation of organizations and their operational model 2- Operational strategy and transformation projects: Definition of strategy and roadmap Scoping and steering of programs / projects, deployment support 3- Operational performance: Definition / optimization of customer experience, business processes, and user journeys Operational excellence (Lean Management) Audit/Diagnostic and recommendations (organization, processes, governance, risk mapping…) 4- Economic performance: Business Cases, Benchmarks, financial optimization You will also be expected to get involved in the internal life of the firm, around various topics: The development and strengthening of our offerings through training, working groups, and the dissemination of internal and external support, The development of new opportunities through responses to calls for tender and commercial proposals The team's publication policy (writing articles, analysis…)
A graduate of a top engineering school or a top business school, you ideally demonstrate: successful experience within a consulting firm at least 5 years of experience in digital transformation missions good knowledge of the local economic fabric and the ability to leverage your network for business development purposes You are mobile in the Luxembourg region and also in the Paris region for client missions. You wish to work within the Technology Advantage team on exciting topics to support our clients' transformations. You wish to develop expertise combining business, technological, organizational, and innovation dimensions.
