Sia is looking for an Associate / Senior Associate for the Milan and/or Rome office to join the CIO Advisory Practice in projects involving organization, process review, and business transformation. The selected candidate will be involved in projects concerning: IT Organization and IT Governance IT Project and Program Management Sourcing strategies, Make or Buy, BPO Reduction of application and infrastructural complexity Data Governance and Data Strategy Sourcing Strategy IT & Cloud Transformation Green IT GenAI There will also be the opportunity to actively contribute to the growth and development of the Service Line (through workshops, publications, market analysis, participation in seminars).
Educational background: Master's Degree in Technology and Systems, Economics, Engineering. Professional experience: the candidate possesses at least 1-2 years of experience in primary consulting firms or within IT project structures in multinational companies. Language skills: professional use of the English language. Additionally, complete mastery of French will be considered a plus. Soft skills: Enthusiasm and proactivity; Analytical and synthesis skills; Attitude towards teamwork; Strong orientation towards problem solving.
