Insurance - Actuarial Services Consultant/Senior Consultant - Roma

Sia Partners is looking for a Consultant / Senior Consultant for the insurance sector within the Actuarial Services and Risk Management area of the Roma offices to be included in projects involving actuarial and regulatory valuations. We are looking for a Graduate in Scienze Statistiche ed Attuariali or Scienze Economiche Assicurative who has gained at least 3 years of experience in activities related to financial reporting processes (local and IFRS) in medium-to-large Insurance Companies or in consulting firms. Activities will focus on IFRS17, Risk and Capital Management topics.

The profile is completed by a good knowledge of the main IT tools, in particular Excel, good knowledge of PROPHET, SAS and MATLAB are preferred. Knowledge of R or Python is also a nice to have. Language skills: we are looking for candidates capable of working in English. Furthermore, full proficiency in French will be considered an additional added value. Soft skills: professional rigor, analytical and synthesis skills, good communication skills, propensity for teamwork, problem-solving orientation.
